Dr. Kathleen Hickey – Medical Director
Dr. Kathleen Hickey is the medical director at Transformations Physicians Weight Management. She is a a Board Certified physician who’s been practicing in Central New Jersey for over 11 years, since completing her residency in emergency medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Dr. Hickey is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians and, through ASBP, she received advanced training in the management of overweight and obesity, nutrition and metabolism.
Bianca Ramos, LSW – Trainer & Motivational Coach
Bianca Ramos is a Licensed Social Worker with an undergraduate degree from Hampshire College in Women’s Health and Adolescent Psychology and Education. She has her Master’s degree from Rutgers University in Social Work. Bianca has a special interest in body image, health education and motivational support.

Lisa B. LaMarca, MS, RD, CPT – Registered Dietitian
Lisa LaMarca is a Registered Dietitian with 17 years of experience in Bariatric Surgery weight loss counseling and diet education. In addition, she has been a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness since 2005. Lisa specializes in aquatic therapy assisting clients who have joint problems with training in the pool which is, for them, the safest place to train. She also coaches a Master’s Swim Program in Flemington.
A firm believer in the diet/exercise partnership, Lisa will assist her clients in meeting their personal goals for optimal health and fitness. “Together, let’s discuss your diet and fitness goals and establish a pathway to achieve success.
